I HAVE H1 APPROVED TILL 04/10 BUT I ENTERED USA USING AP THIS YEAR SO MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT I AM ON EAD NOW WITH SPONSORING EMPLOYER. I AM ASLO DOING PARTIME JOB IN OTHER FIELD ON EAD SINCE 01/08. NOW IF I GET FULL TIME JOB WITH OTHER EMPLOYER (other field)AND IF I WORK LESS HOURS (means I get under pay than showed in labor) WITH SPONSORING EMPLOYER, WILL I BE IN TROUBLE? Please give me right way.

this link says that minors over 14 need to sign their own forms.

please verify this with your lawyer or official I-485 instructions (you should be able to find instructions on the uscis website) before you use this as gospel!

I have to agree that the back ground is a bit distracting, but the petal is a very cool shot. If this were my shot I would try a few things in Photoshop to change it up. Like maybe make the background black and try black and white? Something like that may add something to it. Just a thought. Don't give up on it there's something there it just has to be found-:)!!

Hi, My Lawyer says that texas SWA gave him a figure of $ 105,000 annual salary as a prevailing wage for 5 years experience java,j2ee guy.
.........

$105,000 salary for 5 years exp with J2EE/Java sounds rights to me. People with 2/3 year experience are making around 80-85k.

I have a request / concern / what ever you would say.

Please do not cirtize if you do not like the idea, just ignore and leave the thread.

There are so many people comming to IV for other experts guidance on different things mainly on H1B status, AC21 status, AP, FP, EAD and H4 to EAD, .....

Why don't you create a general guide lines or rules or do's and don't or QA's for each topic, so that each member or visitor who come to IV can atleast go through them before asking or posting quesitons.

You can create a survery for different kinds of questions people / members / visitors might ask or have fore each topic before creating the thread so that we can have a pool of questions and answers for each topic from experts or attorney answered. (you might say we have recordings from attorney Prashanti Reddy, but it would be good if we have some thing which can be referred easily i.e., typed.

These are just some of my thoughts, it can or cannot be implemented. It depeneds on IV admins/Gurus/Experts on this forum.

Gurus, please provide your thoughts.

Please do not ignore this though. It might become a very good guidelines/guide/rulesbook for all, not all questions might be answered but we can atleast try to cover most of the questions through survery and then create the thread for each topic.

Good luck to all. IV is great in doing such a tremendous job.

Gurus, My place of birth is different in my passport than that of my birth certificate. I will have the place of birth changed in my passport. Could you pls tell me how difficult/messy is to have the uscis change the place of birth in my h1b petition based on my new passport. I am currently in my second year h1b. please throw light on any possible complications both serious and trifle. I dont have my h1b visa stamped yet. My GC process is going to start soon.

Nothing is difficult, my friend :), as long as you have an excellent attorney to support you. Most attorneys know how to handle your kind of scenario. Please engage services of a seasoned immigration attorney who will do the needful, by writing to USCIS.

i'm above 21yrs old and on f1 status ..my question is

My sister is citizen here and can file family based GC (to get it would take 10yrs miin)
1)for me to maintain legal status i have to move into h1 status later on..will the Family GC process affect in any way to get h1 later on?

2)Do i have a chance to file GC later on under EB2,or are 2 GC applications not accepted(just curious)
