not possible. Many documents in first 2 phases are companies. Its is illegal if employee is involved Labor process in any way.
Find someone who will file H1 for you next year and apply for GC....

Not true. There is no limit, except that eventually US immigration may decide that the person has relinquished their permanent residence if they stay outside the US for many years.
Secondly, Is there any limit on number of times a Re-Entry Permit can be applied?
No, the first 2 are for 2 years each, and then one year at a time. Again, CIS will eventually question whether the applicants really intend to return here.

Hey people , i need help. as EB-3 is current , my spouse who is on H4 ,applied for change of status(H-4 to F-1) ,so can i file her papers along wth mine in I-485 or not? change of status is in process.

If you can then retract her COS application and include her in 485. But I am not sure how you would go about donig that. Check with attorney.

Hello,
I have a H1B visa stamped on my passport for Company A. This visa is valid till Nov 2008 and will need renewal after that.
I recently changed my company from Company A to Company B. They have filed for my H1B transfer.
Question 1] Will this new H1B for Company B be valid for 3 more years (Till Feb 2011) or will this visa have to be renewed in November 2008 (remember by visa stamp for Company A is valid till Nov 2008)?
Question 2] What if I want to travel to India this October (remember by visa stamp for Company A is valid till Nov 2008)?? Can I still travel on my old visa stamp or will I need to go to embassy again in India for a new stamp

From my knowledge...
For now you can use EAD and continue to work.
In Long term you can get your GC refiled from a different company and port priority date
